HUMAN RESOURCES / ADMINISTRATION MANAGER WANTED

Location: Lagos

A leader in its industry with first ciass facilities and a world class team requires for immediate employment a Human Resources/Administration Manager to Join its creative,dedicated and intergrity driven managerial team.

Duties

•Co-ordinate the implementation of the company's personnel administration and

performance management systems,

•Supervise the formulate! and implementation, of the company's industrial   policies.

•Co-ordinate the development, implementation, management and sustenance of    merit based reward system.

•Ensure that investment on training is focused on the skill requirements of    the company and that training investments positively impact on productivity  and effectiveness of staff,

•Co-ordinate implementation of afl general service delivery and processes.

•Co-ordinate the recruitment management processes

Attending to all internal and external administrative matters of the company.

Key Performances Indicators

•Relevance and effectiveness of personnel policies and quality of   procedures/systems.

•Adequacy, quality and productivity of employees as reflected in work output  per person,

•Relevance, effectiveness and professionalism in management of training  programmes

•Professionalism in administration of human resources and response time in   addressing human resource issues.

•Timetess, fairness and objectivity of the performance evaluation system.

•Level of staff turnover and effectiveness in retention of our best managers.


Skills & Competencies

•Strong analytical skills

•Sound interpersonal skills

•Verbal and writing skills

•Proficiency in MS Suites

•People development ability

•Team Building ability


Qualifications / Experience:

•A first degree from a recognised University in Management or any other  relevant discipline.

•A minimum of 8years experience, 3 of which must be at a managerial level in a  top rated organisation.

•Age not exceeding 40 years.

•MBA an added advantage.

•Must be a member of relevant professional body e.g. CIPM
