Position: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Candidate must be familiar with the maintenance of adequate human resources information to be utilized for planning and ensure compliance to lay down policies and procedures in a large scale manufacturing environment. The person must possess an analytical mind and a sound logical reasoning ability.
Background: University degree in Sociology, Law or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and must have worked in a manufacturing environment, at least, for 3 years. Good knowledge of computer is mandatory.
