- Ten years experience in a bank
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of microfinance banking
- Organisational skills
- Passion for microfinance development
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields
- MBA will be an advantage
