Qualification
- For 1 to 8 the person must be a degree holder in the relevant discipline and minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in the contraction sector
- For 9 to 16 degree, HND/OND IN relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 year experience
- For 17 to 19 OND/WAEC desirable ability to read and write clearly relevant experience necessary
