PERSONNEL PRACTITIONERS CONSULTATIVE ASSOCIATION (PPCA) IKEJA                                              CENTER, GRANGE SCHOOL, GRA, IKEJA.

PPCA Ikeja is a grass root arm of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). We have approval from the National Body to operate a Professional Study Centre aim at preparing students for the CIPMN professional examinations at Grange School, GRA, Ikeja.
We require the services of experienced Lecturers/Facilitators in the following fields:
Economics, Psychology, Business Admin, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Operations Research, Labour Law, Accounting and Public Admin.
Job Description
Design and deliver lecturers in line with the CIPMN course content and the time-table.
Responsible for the applications of blended learning strategy to transfer skills.
Assess the performance of students at the CIPMN examinations as an appraisal strategy,
Educational/Professional Requirements minimum of Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years relevant experience
possession of a higher degree is an added advantage
hands on professional teaching or facilitation experience is compulsory                             membership of CfPM is compulsory at the minimum fevei of Associate.
