1.MD/CEO|
- Minimum of B.Sc, MBA be an added advantage
- Retail Banking experience of 5 years minimum
- SME lending knowledge
- Must be able to promote strategic direction for
the organization
- Experience in a performance driven environment
2.CREDIT/RISK OFFICER
- Experience in Risk Management, Credit analysis
and Credit administration
- Recovery and loan workout
- Minimum of HND in business related courses
- 2years experience
3.INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER
- Experience in internal control in a financial
institution or audit firm
- Experience in banking operations plus 2years
on the job experience
- Professional membership of ICAN or ATS
certificate will be an added advantage
4. RELATIONSHIP/MARKETING OFFICER
- B.Sc/HND/ND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial
institution
