1.Marketers: Port Harcourt Branch

Develop and maintain result oriented marketing strategies to meet the target given; Achieve sales volume and profit objectives; Market and sell the product of the Bank; Monitor competition and marketing environment;
Qualifications:
Minimum of a good first degree in any management field.A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Marketing is needed.Ability to speak English fluently. Sound marketing and sales skills.

2.Head, Operations (Port-Harcourt Branch)

The job includes but not limited to proper handling and settlement of daily operations; ensure reconciliations are up to date
Qualifications:
A good first degree in the Account/Finance related field (minimum second class Upper Division); A minimum of 3 years experience showing good understanding of Finance and operation processes; Indepth knowledge of Microsoft office applications and operations software; Good knowledge of Banking Operations and concepts,strong business; Acumen and analytical skills are also required.

3.Branch Head

The job involves ensuring retention of existing clients through good customer service, expansion of the port folio of clientsthroughprocurementof newbusinessandco-ordinationofbranchoperations. Monitors and analyses results of marketing initiatives; manage the creation, production and execution of marketing programs, promotions, events, maters and sponsorships; Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends; Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within falls within designated budgets
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Business related courses with at least 5 years of increasing marketing experience in a general management role; strong marketing and strategic planning background; strong financial management skills and understanding; Strong customer orientation; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional leadership skills.

4.Internal Auditors

To carry out an independent and objective evaluation of the Bank's Operations and corporate governance processes. Ensure compliance with banking standards and problems which require strengthening of internal controls; Determines if the, system of authorisation and recording procedures is adequate to provide reasonable accounting control over assets, liabilities, income and expenses, Reviews cash control procedures, monitors and safeguarding of assets; Qualifications:
A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent; Professional qualification in ACCA ACA; Membership of the institute of Internal Auditors (HA); All applicants for the above positions must be computer literate; A Masters Degree will be an added advantage; Minimum of S years relevant post professional working condition.
