Job description
- Handle the consolidation performance appraisal reports and conducts talent health check annually
- Facilitate the design and the implementation people development actions appropriate to the company's strategy
- Support function managers in designing job
- Fully understands people and skill demand of the business and the people supply of the market
- Provide recommendation to address poor performance within the whole business quickly at all levels
